Money services business · Brazil ⇄ United States
Parpay is a money services business and a licensed electronic foreign exchange provider. We give financial institutions, fintechs, payment companies and technology platforms the licensing, the payment methods and the settlement operation behind cross-border money movement.
Regulatory standing
Moving money between two countries is a regulated activity. Parpay operates as a money services business and as a licensed electronic foreign exchange service provider, under Brazilian and American regulatory oversight.
That standing is the reason institutions can put Parpay inside their own operation: the licensing, the governance and the record-keeping sit with us, not with them.
Our MSB registration is a matter of public record and can be verified with FinCEN. Institutional counterparties running diligence can request the full documentation at contact@parpaygroup.com.
What Parpay is
Parpay is a payments and foreign exchange company connecting Brazil and the United States. We hold the authorization, operate the collection methods and run the exchange, settlement and reporting work that moving money between the two countries requires.
Organizations come to us when their product or their operation depends on a payment being accepted in Brazil and value arriving in the United States — or the reverse. Instead of assembling licensing, local payment methods, foreign exchange and settlement from separate providers, they operate on infrastructure that already exists.
Our purpose is to let Brazilians pay for what they buy in the United States in their own currency and in their own payment methods, and to give US businesses a way into the Brazilian market without rebuilding themselves around it.
Products and activities
Collection in Brazil, the exchange leg and settlement in the United States are the same operation. Each product below is one way into it.

The corridor
One operation, four stages. The payer never leaves their own currency and payment method; the receiving business never takes on the licensing.
01
The payer settles in Brazilian real by Pix, bank transfer or credit card, with installments where they are needed.
02
Parpay authorizes the operation and runs the foreign exchange leg under its own licensing, as a regulated electronic FX provider.
03
Value reaches the receiving business or institution in the United States, without the merchant absorbing a deduction.
04
Each operation is recorded and reportable, so sales, receivables and settlement status stay reconcilable.

Who we serve
Parpay is a business-to-business operator. Our counterparties are the institutions and companies whose products, platforms and operations depend on the corridor working.
Banks and licensed institutions that need a regulated counterparty for flows between Brazil and the United States.
Companies putting cross-border payment into their own product without holding the licensing for it themselves.
Acquirers, providers and processors extending their coverage into the Brazil–US corridor.
Marketplaces and software platforms whose users need to pay, or be paid, across the two countries.
US merchants selling to Brazilian customers who pay in Brazilian real, with installments where they need them.
Operators serving Brazilian buyers of US products, who need collection in Brazil and settlement in the United States.
Why Parpay
Six things a counterparty can verify before signing, rather than six adjectives.
Parpay is a money services business and a licensed electronic foreign exchange service provider, regulated by Brazilian and American authorities. The corridor is regulated at both ends, and so are we.
Collection in Brazil, the foreign exchange leg and settlement in the United States are handled by a single licensed operator, instead of being assembled from separate providers.
Pix, bank transfer and credit card, including installments. Collection happens in Brazilian real, in the way the payer expects to pay.
No monthly fee and no transaction cost for the merchant, who receives 100% of the sale value with no discounts or deductions.
Sales, receivables and settlement status are managed in one place, so finance and operations teams can see what was collected and what is still pending.
Parpay operates with regulatory compliance, structured governance and secure infrastructure built for international operations.
Technology and infrastructure
Parpay runs the collection, exchange, settlement and reporting layer so your team does not have to build or hold it. Adding a payment method becomes a configuration rather than a project.
Technical integration is scoped with each partner around what their product actually needs. Tell us the shape of your flow and we will come back with how it connects.
Payment links, instant charges and recurring billing run on one platform, so a collection method is a configuration rather than a new integration.
The currency conversion between Brazilian real and US dollars is performed by Parpay under its own authorization.
Collected, settled and pending amounts stay connected to the operations that produced them.
Sales management gives finance, operations and compliance teams the same record of what happened.
Compliance and security
Parpay operates with regulatory compliance, structured governance and secure infrastructure for international operations. That is the foundation the products sit on.
Parpay operates as a money services business and a licensed electronic foreign exchange service provider, under Brazilian and American regulatory oversight.
Operations are approved, executed and recorded through a defined structure rather than case by case.
The platform is built for international operations, with controls appropriate to regulated money movement.
Every operation is recorded and reportable through sales management, so it can be reconciled and reviewed.
Institutional counterparties can request our regulatory and compliance documentation directly. We will route it to the right team.
